We provide safe and secure on-line order processing using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We also accept orders via phone-toll free-at 404-378-8775 or fax at 404-378-1807.

Guarantee

We at Atlanta Hoops stand behind all of the products that we sell. We will do everything possible to be certain you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Atlanta Hoops simply return the item in NEW condition, in its original package within 30 days for a full refund. Placing An Order

Order Online: Ordering couldn't be easier, just click the "Buy Now " button along side of the item you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout when you are finished shopping.

Telephone Orders: You may place your order by telephone between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Toll Free 404-378-8775 or local 404-378-8775.

Fax and Mail in Orders: Just fill out the order form and fax to: 404-378-1807 or mail to the above address. We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards which are processed through our secure server. We also accept checks or money orders when mailed in with our order form.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours and delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please note that in some cases orders may take longer to process and deliver depending on item availability and when the order is placed.

Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 404-378-8775 or e-mail us at sales@atlantahoops.com as soon as possible so that we can stop the order. Please note that if an order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location even if the package is refused. Although items marked "Includes Shipping" do not show a freight charge on your original invoice, we will deduct the original cost to ship the item to you from your refund.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund less any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location. This includes the cost of freight on items shipped TO you even if the item was marked "Includes Shipping". Please contact us at 404-378-8775 or email us at sales@atlantahoops.com so that we can issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be in NEW condition and packed in their original carton in order to be accepted. Items returned which do not meet these guidelines may be subject to refusal.
